9 Setting up the DocuColor 40 CP as a PostScript printer

TO PREPARE THE PORT FOR PARALLEL PORT PRINTING:

1.Click the Start button, point to Settings, and click Control Panel.

2.Double-click System.

The System Properties window appears.

3.Click the Device Manager tab.

4.Double-click Ports.

5.Double-click the port with (LPT1) in its name.

6.In the (LPT1) Properties dialog box click the Driver tab and then click Change Driver.

7.Select Show all devices.
