Installing files for Adobe Photoshop

If you intend to use Adobe Photoshop, install the Separation Tables and the monitor settings file for best color printing results. These files are located on the User Software CD in the Photoshop folder.

Loading the Separation Tables

The Separation Tables enable RGB-to-CMYK conversions (in Photoshop), which correspond to conversions performed by color rendering dictionaries on the DocuColor 40 CP.

TO LOAD THE SEPARATION TABLES:

1.On the User Software CD, open the Photoshop folder.

2.Copy the files “DocuColor 40 CP. P” and “DocuColor 40 CP.S” to your Adobe Photoshop folder.

3.Launch Photoshop.
