Loading Paper
4 If changing to a different length of paper, gently squeeze the length guide, lift it up and slide it all the way back. If you are not changing to a different length of paper, skip to Step 6.

To load paper longer than 297 mm (11.69 in.):
1Press down the square button on the bottom of the tray.
2Pull the rear of the tray out to extend it.
There are three settings for the catch. Choose the one that is closest beyond the length of the paper.
Gently squeeze the right side guide (light green in color) and while gently lifting slide the guides all the way out.
