Here’s how to load a M7CL setting file (.M7C) from the

USB storage device on which it was saved.

You can also load M7CL V1 and V2 files.

If you load an MCL-32/48 file into the M7CL-48ES, or an

M7CL-48ES file into the M7CL-32/48, the patch settings

will change as shown in the table below.

If you plan to load a file created by the M7CL V3 or later,

convert the file if necessary. For more information on con-

verting the file, please refer to “Converting and loading

the file content from a USB storage device” (

p. 220)

* The same HA settings will be used.

1

In the function access area, press the

SETUP button to access the SETUP screen.

2

Press the SAVE/LOAD button to access the

SAVE/LOAD popup window.

3

To select the file you want to load, press the

desired file in the file list, or turn multifunc-

tion encoder on the panel.

The highlighted line in the file list indicates the file

that is selected for operations.

4

Press the LOAD button, and a confirmation

dialog box will appear.

5

Press the OK button to begin loading the

file.

When the file has finished being loaded, the popup

window showing the progress indication and the type

of data will close. Even if you cancel during this pro-

cedure, the data up to that point will have been loaded.

Some setting data may not be loaded, depending on

the USER LEVEL setting during the load operation.
