5-3. RE-STARTING A WARM ENGINE

1.Make sure the switch is k_the ON position.

2.Move the choke lever to[/I (HALF).

3.Depress the pdmer bulb 10 times.

4.Sot the throttle latch.

5.Pull Ihe;starter rope rapidly 4 times. The angina should stad.

6.Move the choke lever to_ I (RUN).

7.Release the throtlla latch.

5-4. TO STOP ENGINE

I.Release trigger end egow engine to relum to idle speed.

2.Move STOP switch down to stop engine.

NOTE: For emergency stopping, simply activate CHAIN BRAKE e end move STOP switch down.

5-5. CHAIN BRAKE ® OPERATIONAL TEST

Test the CHAIN BRAI(E O pedodicagy to ensure proper function. Perform a CHAIN BRAKE _p test pride to initial cutting. following extensive cutting, and defifinitelyfollowing eny CHAIN BRAKE O service.

TEST CHAIN BRAKE _ AS FOLLOWS:

1.Place saw on a clear, firm, flat surface.

2.Start engine.

5-3. REDEMARRAGE D'UN MOTEUR CHAUD

1.S'assurerqua rinterruptsur de contact est sur la posilfon marche. Placer la starter sur la position _fl (MI-GAZ).

_i Appuyer 10 fob sur ia pomps d'amomrage.

Bloquer la pr_*acc6leration.

5.Tirer rapidement sor la cordon du lencaur _, quatre reprises. Le moteur devrait d6marrer.

6.Placer la starter sur la posilion I } I (MAHCHE).

7.Rel_cher la boulon du pr_ecc616rateur.

5-4. ARRET DU MOTEUR

1.Rel_cher la g,_chetta at leisser la moteur Iourner au relentl.

2.Pousser rinterrupleur vers ta position ARRET (STOP).

REMARQUE: Pour un arr_t d'urgence, activer tout simplement CHAIN BRAKL=° et maitre rintenupteur en position

ARRET (STOP)•

t.Placer la tron_onnauso sur one surface degag_eo terms et plane.

2.Fake d6marrer la moteor.

5-3. PARA VOLVER A ENCENDER EL MOTOR CALIENTE

1, Asegurese que el tnterruptor de apagado esl_ en ENCi:NOIDO, Accione el ahogador hacia I'] (MITAD).

3, Aprieteelbulbodecebedo 10races.

4.Asegure et avarice del acelerador.

5• Jais el hilo de encendido r_pidamente 4 veces el motor debe de _ncender. 6, Acclane el ahogador hacia I I (MARCHA).

7.Libere el segoro del aceleredor.

5-4. PARA APAGAR EL MOTOR

1.IJ'bereel gatllla y permita qua el motor regrese e la velocidad de marcha en neutral.

2.Mueva el inlenuptor de APAGADO hacia abajo.

Reelice la pruebe del CHAIN BRAKE ° antes de Inicier el cortado, despu_s de un cortado extenso y delinihvamenh despu6s de cualquler smvlclo del CHAIN BRAKE ®.

PRUEBE EL CHAIN BRAKE "_ COMO SIGUE:

1.Ponga la sierra en una superfiele Brine, plane y limpla.

2.Encienda el molor.
