d’une montre pour augmenter le volume. Tournez le bouton dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d’une montre pour réduire le volume. Sous tension, l’écran LCD affichera tous les symboles pendant 1 seconde et l’écran indiquera le dernier canal/ la dernière fréquence sélectionné(e).

TRANSMETTRE ET RECEVOIR UN APPEL

Pour communiquer, toutes les radios de votre groupe doivent être attribuées au même canal et au même code privé.

1.Appuyez sur le bouton PTT et maintenez-le enfoncé avant de par- ler avec une voix normale dans le microphone. Le symbole TX sera affiché en permanence sur l’écran LCD pendant la transmission.

2.Relâchez le bouton PTT pour recevoir un appel. Le symbole RX sera affiché sur l’écran pendant que votre radio reçoit une trans- mission.

PERFORMANCE

Les radios FR1000 Series sont conçues pour vous offrir une perfor- mance maximum dans des conditions optimales.

Les conditions optimales sont :

•Au-dessus de l’eau

•Zones rurales ouvertes sans obstructions

•Zones plates où vous pouvez voir l’autre personne

Pour obtenir une performance maximum :

•Assurez-vous d’utiliser des piles neuves ou entièrement re- chargées – des piles faibles ne pourront rendre qu’un niveau de puissance médiocre

•Assurez-vous que vous êtes sur un canal GMRS – Les canaux FRS
