Set Up a V.35 Port

Use the following commands to set up a V.35 port. See the set (v35) command for details.

Command

set {slot:port} cts {cdhighlowrts}

set {slot:port} data {invertnormal}

set {slot:port} clock {sourceexternal}

set {slot:port} speed {56K64K}

set {slot:port} txclkinv {invertnormal}

set {slot:port} rxclkinv {invertnormal}

Description

Set the Clear to Send operation mode.

Set the data mode.

Set the clock mode.

Set the speed.

Set the transmit clock inversion mode.

Set the receive clock inversion mode.

Change the IP Address of the DS0 Management Channel

Use the following commands to change the IP over DS0 Management Channel for the Compact T1.

Command

set ipds0 down

set ipds0 ip address {ip-addr}

set ipds0 up

Description

Set the DS0 management channel down

Set the DS0 management channel IP address.

Set the DS0 management channel up.
