Microsoft Service Pack

Microsoft Corp. offers Service Pack to provide the users of Microsoft® Windows® with more stable system operation (http://www.microsoft.com/).

The latest version of the Service Pack helps you configure the most stable system using Microsoft® Windows® provided at that time by Microsoft Corp.

We recommend you to use the latest version.

In some environments, however, the Service Pack may cause unexpected failure. Read Readme.txt for the Service Pack before use.

Again, we recommend you to make a system backup in case of failed installation.

Components of this product (motherboard, CD-ROM, hard disk, and floppy disk drive) contain traces of heavy metals (lead and chrome) and chemical (antimony).

Software License Agreement

Fujitsu Limited (“Fujitsu”) grants you a license to use the software products (“Software”) installed on or included with your computer, provided that you agree to all terms and conditions in “Use of the Software” below.

By using the Software, you accept this License Agreement, so read the terms and conditions in “Use of the Software” carefully before using the Software. If separate license agreements or equivalent documents are included with some of the Software, a higher priority will be given to them than to this License Agreement.

You may use the Software solely on your computer. You are granted a license to use the Software by purchasing the computer, but the copyright on the Software remains the property of Fujitsu or its developer.

2.Backup copy

You may make one (1) copy of the Software solely for backup purposes.

3.Incorporating the Software into other software

If the Software is designed to be used as an add-on to other software, you may incorporate the whole or part of the Software into other software in accordance with the manual accompanying the Software.

4.Reproduction

(1)You may reproduce the Software solely for the purposes defined in Clauses 2 and 3 above.

Unless otherwise expressly stated in this user’s guide or other documentation, you may not reproduce the software into which the Software has been incorporated for any purposes other than backup purposes.

If the Software is copy-protected, it shall not be reproduced.

(2)When you reproduce the Software under the conditions in (1) above, you may not modify, delete or conceal the copyright statement on the Software.

5.Transfer to a third party

You may transfer the Software (including all media and documentation accompanying your computer, as well as its backup copy) to a third party, provided that you transfer the whole Software along with the computer on which the Software is installed.
