1Automatically feeds documents to the reading position.

2Presses the documents loaded on the ADF paper chute.

3Holds the documents to be fed by the ADF.

4Displays the status of the scanner. Also displays buttons that enable the operator to change settings in Feed mode, Manual Feed mode, and Setup mode.

5Opens/closes ADF to enable the removal of jammed documents.

6Stacks the read documents.

7Presses the document to the Document bed.

8Closes over and keeps in place the document to be read.

9Holds the document to be read. Also called Flatbed (FB).

10Connects to an option.

11Connects to the EXT connector.

12A Fujitsu Video Interface Option Board is installed.

13Connects to the host system with interface cables.

14Connects to the INT connector.

15Connects to an AC power outlet with the power cable.

Turns the power On or Off.
