3 Install Quatech DSE-410D Software

The Windows-based DSE-410D Manager and Virtual COM port software makes configuration fast and easy. We recommend installing the Software to configure the DSE-410D unless you are not using Windows.

To install the DSE-410D Manager, Install Virtual Com, Uninstall Virtual COM programs:

Inserting the Quatech CD in the CD-ROM will automatically launch the Install Shield Wizard.

1.To manually start the software installation, select the Start button on the desktop. At the Run command line type D:start.exe and then select OK. D: is the drive letter for the CD-ROM.

2.The Install Shield Wizard window automatically displays to begin the setup procedure.
