This chapter starts out with statements about your modem's 10-year warranty (limited to customers in the U.S., Canada, Mexico and the United Kingdom). The next section, Tech Support, should be read carefully if you have questions or problems with your modem. It includes the technical support telephone numbers, space for recording your modem information, and an explanation of how to send in your modem should you require service.
