Physical Layout of Your Console

Your system manager assigns calling privileges for all system users. A

2-digit number assigned by your system manager, followed by a hyphen and 4-alpha characters that identify the user’s calling privileges. The 4-alpha characters are listed in Table 2.

Table 2. Calling Privilege Identifiers

ORIG

The user cannot place any calls from their phone.

 

 

 

 

OTWD

The user cannot place calls on outside lines from their

 

 

phone.

 

 

 

 

TOLL

The user cannot place long distance calls from their

 

 

phone.

 

 

 

 

NONE

The user has no calling restrictions.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Call purpose

Call-purpose information identifies features that are in use. Table 3 defines call-purpose identifiers.
