B.4 SIMM UPGRADE

Memory upgrade is available for the 2H258-17R to expand its DRAM to 32 MB. This section explains how to locate and add/replace a Single In-line Memory Module (SIMM). For information on the available SIMM upgrades, call Enterasys Networks. For details on getting help, refer to Section 1.2.

B.4.1 Locating SIMMs

Figure B-3shows the two locations of the DRAM SIMM connector.
