Chapter 2. Troubleshooting the RXT150

Using an Allen Wrench for Manual Eject

Note: You need a #2 Phillips screwdriver and a 5/64 Allen wrench (not included with the RXT150) to complete this procedure.

1.Stop any backups running to the RXT150 and power the unit down.

2.Unplug the power cable and all other cabling from the back of the unit.

3.Carefully turn the unit upside down.

4.Use a #2 Phillips screwdriver to remove the four screws attaching the cover to the bottom RXT150 (Figure 2-3).

5.Carefully turn over the RXT150 again so that it is right side up.

6.Use a #2 Phillips screwdriver to remove the three screws on the outer edges of the back of the cover (Figure 2-4).

7.Carefully remove the cover by lifting it straight up and off the chassis.
