Material Specifications

Approved Media

The paper types listed below are approved for use with the DA300 Printer. Please note that the dimensional limits above apply in all cases, and that all media (flats, envelopes, postcards, catalog envelopes, etc.) must be without windows, unstuffed and unsealed.

•White Wove

•Card stock

NOTES:

1.All edges are viewed from the front surface of the material.

2.Two clear zones, each 0.3 inches wide, are required on the mailpiece to allow clearance for the exit rollers.

3.Printing is allowed to the top edge of the media, however print quality will be degraded. Printing of the FIM will meet postal requirements.

4.The lower 5/8 inch of the material is reserved for the lower right barcode when it is used.
