Troubleshooting

Factory Service

If the unit is faulty, you can phone your designated Inter￿ mec Service Center for repair advice, instructions, or to ob￿ tain factory-quality repair service. Their telephone number and address can be found on the warranty card.

Many failures may be repairable on-site, which is why it is important that you telephone first.

When products must be shipped for repair:

"Package the unit in the original shipping carton, if possible.

"Fill out a Product Service Information Card (a part of the warranty card). Send this card with the product.

"For warranty or technical assistance, telephone 1-800-755-5505.

If you email or fax a problem or question, include the following information in your message:
