5Insert the conduit through the wiring access entry and attach the conduit fitting to the panel. Strip 0.5(1.5 cm) of insulation from the end of each incoming wire.

CAUTION: If the UPS does not have an automatic protection device against current backfeed, Dell recommends installing an external isolating device (see Figure 19). After the device is installed, you must add a warning label with the following wording or the equivalent on the external AC contactor:

RISK OF VOLTAGE BACKFEED. Isolate the UPS before operating on this circuit, then check for hazardous voltage between all terminals.
