INSTELLEN VAN DE LAMINEERMACHINE

1. Zorg ervoor dat de machine op een stabiel oppervlak staat. Controleer of er voldoende vrije ruimte (min. 50 cm) achter de machine is, zodat de voorwerpen onbelemmerd kunnen worden uitgevoerd.

2. Gebruik de juiste stroomkabel voor de voeding. Steek het netsnoer in de machine (de stroomingang bevindt zich aan de achterzijde van de machine).

Steek de machinestekker in een eenvoudig toeganke- lijk stopcontact. Schakel de stroom in.

Om lamineerhoezen en voorwerpen van verschillende grootte goed te ondersteunen, kunt u gebruikmaken van de invoersleuf. Hiermee kunt u het voorwerp goed centreren voor het lamineren. Plaats de uitvoerlade aan de achterkant van de machine

5. Zet de aan-/uitschakelaar aan (deze bevindt zich aan de achterzijde van de machine).

6. Selecteer de knop 'Standby' op het regelpaneel. Contro- leer of het LCD-scherm aan gaat. De 75 micron LCD's zullen 5 seconden flikkeren voordat de warmte-instel- ling voor 75 micron automatisch wordt geselecteerd. Zonodig kan elke instelling op elk moment worden geselecteerd. Het is gebruikelijk om de machine eerst te laten afkoelen voordat hij geopend wordt.

Via de LCD-interface kunt u de volgende functies selecteren:

-75, 100, 125, 175, 175 micron instelling voor lamineerhoezen

-Handmatig lamineren

-Terugdraaien ('Reverse')

-'Easy Access' (machine is makkelijk toegankelijk) om het mechanisme te onderhouden

7.De lamineermachine zal binnen 5 seconden na inschakelen automatisch de dunste lamineerhoes (75 micron) selecteren, tenzij een andere instelling wordt geselecteerd. Tijdens het opwarmen of afkoelen zal de geselecteerde lamineerhoesinstelling rood opflikkeren.

8. Wanneer de lamineermachine de gekozen instelling heeft bereikt zal de LCD stoppen met flikkeren en rood opgloeien. De machine zal 2 korte waarschuwingsge- luiden maken.

9. Plaats het voorwerp in de open lamineerhoes. Zorg ervoor dat het document is gecentreerd tegen de verzegelde rand. Gebruik de juiste maat lamineerhoes voor het voorwerp.

10. Plaats de lamineerhoes met de verzegelde rand eerst in de invoersleuf voor documenten. Hou de lamineerhoes recht en midden in de gleuf, niet in een hoek. Gebruik de invoermarkeringen als geleider.

11. Wanneer de lamineerhoes uit de machine komt, dan is deze heet en zacht. Verwijder onmiddellijk en voorzichtig de lamineerhoes uit de machine. Leg de lamineerhoes op een vlakke ondergrond om af te koelen. Dit helpt vastlopen voorkomen.

12. Om het lamineerproces op enig moment te stoppen, drukt u op de knop 'Reverse' om het voorwerp weer uit te werpen. De lamineermachine zal dan continu waarschuwingsgeluiden maken en de LCD voor 'gereed' zal flikkeren.
