Setting up mail box for confidential receiving
Before receiving confidential documents, you have to set up the following:
•Confidential mail boxes. You can have up to 10 confidential mail boxes.
•The password for each mail box
•The names for each mail box. If you do not want to assign the name, you can skip this setup.
The following procedure shows how to register this information.
1.Press Menu, then press Mail box on the

Note: If you enter a box number which has already been registered, the fax machine displays ‘CANCEL ?.’ Press 1 to cancel the number already registered. If you press 2 you will be asked to enter the new number.
If there is any message received in the box you have chosen, ‘NUMBER IS REGISTERED!’ is displayed and you will be asked to enter the new number.

7.If you want to assign a name to the mail box, enter the name. If not, skip over this step. For details on how to enter letters using the number keypad, see page 2.4.
8.Press Start/Enter. The LCD returns standby mode.
