EN Troubleshooting
1.TV does not fully tilt down:
a.Possible cause: The mounting system relies on the weight of the TV to tilt down the TV.
Check to see if there is any foreign object such as wire and cable stopping the TV from tilting down.
b.Possible cause: The spring may be holding the TV up. Refer to Section 2 and remove the spring.
c.Possible cause: Check to see if the pin is not in the “P1”, “P2”, or “UP” hole in the
2.TV stops moving up in middle of its operation:
a.Possible cause: Check to see if a foreign object is impeding the TV from moving upwards. If so, remove or relocate the foreign object.
b.Possible cause: The weight of the TV may exceed the maximum weight limitation of the mounting system. If the TV weight exceeds the maximum TV weight, then do NOT use this product to support the overweight TV.
c.Possible cause: Program may be malfunctioning. Reset to factory setting by pressing “RESET” button on the remote control [04]. Refer to Section 7.
3.TV does not automatically tilt down and up when the TV is turned ON and OFF:
a.Possible cause: “MANU” button may have been accidentally pushed. Push the “AUTO” button on the remote control [04] to reset to
b.Possible cause: Check to see if the optical cable [06] has been discon- nected. Refer to Section 5.
4.The automated mount does not respond to remote control commands:
a.Possible cause: The jack for the IR receiver [07] may be disconnected from the control box. Refer to Section 5.
b.Possible cause: The IR receiver head [07] may be located in a poor loca- tion where it is difficult to receive the IR signal from the remote control [04]. Relocate the IR receiver head. Refer to Section 5.
c.Possible cause: AC jack from the power adaptor [05] may be disconnected from the control box. Refer to Section 5.
d.Possible cause: A foreign object may be impeding the movement of the TV.
e.Possible cause: The batteries in the remote control [04] may be bad. Replace the batteries.
5.TV leans forward in the upright position:
a.Possible cause: The weight of the TV is making the TV lean forward. Refer to Section 6 to adjust the upright position of the TV.
FR Dépannage
1.Le téléviseur ne s’incline pas complètement vers le bas :
a.Cause possible : le système de support se sert du poids du téléviseur pour l’incliner vers le bas.
Vérifiez qu’aucun corps étranger tel qu’un fil ou un câble n’empêche pas le téléviseur de s’incliner vers le bas.
Si c’est le cas, retirez ou déplacez le corps étranger.
b.Cause possible : le ressort peut retenir le téléviseur vers le haut. Reportez- vous à la section 2 et retirez le ressort.
c.Cause possible : vérifiez si la broche ne se trouve pas dans le trou « P1 »,
«P2 », ou « UP » du support non motorisé [03].
2.Le téléviseur arrête de se déplacer vers le haut au milieu de l’opération :
a. Cause possible : vérifiez qu’aucun corps étranger n’empêche le téléviseur de se déplacer vers le haut. Si c’est le cas,
déplacez le corps étranger.
b. Cause possible : le poids du téléviseur dépasse
Si le poids du téléviseur dépasse le poids de télévision maximale, n’utilisez dans ce cas PAS ce produit pour supporter le téléviseur trop lourd.
c. Cause possible : le programme peut ne pas fonctionner correctement.
3.Le téléviseur ne s’incline pas automatiquement vers le bas et vers le haut lorsqu’il est allumé et éteint.
a.Cause possible : le bouton « MANU » a pu être appuyé accidentellement. Appuyez sur le bouton « AUTO » de la télécommande [04] pour réinitialiser le mode automatique.
b.Cause possible : vérifiez si le câble optique [06] n’a pas été déconnecté.
4.Le support automatisé ne répond pas aux commandes de la télécommande :
a.Cause possible : la prise du récepteur infrarouge [07] est
b.Cause possible : la tête du récepteur infrarouge [07] se trouve
le signal infrarouge de la télécommande [04]. Déplacez la tête du récepteur infrarouge.
c.Cause possible : la prise CA de l’adaptateur de courant [05] est
d.Cause possible : il est possible qu’un corps étranger empêche le mouve- ment du téléviseur.
e.Cause possible : les piles de la télécommande [04] peuvent être déchar- gées. Remplacez les piles.
5.Le téléviseur penche en avant en position droite :
a.Cause possible : le poids du téléviseur le fait pencher en avant.

1.Das Fernsehgerät lässt sich nicht vollständig abwärts kippen:
a.Mögliche Ursache: Das Befestigungssystem nutzt das Gewicht des Fernse- hgeräts, um es zu kippen.
Prüfen Sie, ob ein Fremdkörper, z. B. ein Kabel, die Abwärtsneigung des Fernsehgerätes behindert.
Sollte dies der Fall sein, so entfernen Sie den Fremdkörper bzw.
b.Mögliche Ursache: Die Feder hält das Fernsehgerät oben. Entfernen Sie die Feder anhand der Anweisungen in Kapitel 2.
c.Mögliche Ursache: Stellen Sie sicher, dass sich der Stift nicht in einer der Öffnungen„P1“,„P2“ oder„UP“ der mechanischen
Klammer [03] befindet. Siehe Kapitel 6.
2.Das Fernsehgerät hält auf halbem Wege nach oben an.
a.Mögliche Ursache: Prüfen Sie, ob ein Fremdkörper die Aufwärtsbewe- gung des Fernsehgerätes behindert. Sollte dies der Fall sein, so entfernen Sie den Fremdkörper oder
legen ihn an eine andere Stelle.
b.Mögliche Ursache: Das Gewicht des Fernsehgerätes überschreitet mögli- cherweise die maximale Tragkraft des Befestigungssystems.
Überschreitet das Gewicht des Fernsehgerätes die maximale Tragkraft, so dürfen Sie dieses Produkt NICHT als Halterung für das zu schwere Fernseh- gerät verwenden.
c.Mögliche Ursache: Möglicherweise weist das Programm eine Funktions- störung auf.
Stellen Sie die Werkseinstellungen mit der Taste„RESET“ auf der Fernbedien- ung wieder her. Siehe Kapitel 7.
3.Das Fernsehgerät neigt sich nicht automatisch abwärts bzw. aufwärts, wenn das Gerät ein- bzw. ausgeschaltet wird:
a.Mögliche Ursache: Möglicherweise wurde aus Versehen die Taste„MANU“ betätigt.
Drücken Sie auf der Fernbedienung [04] auf die Taste„AUTO“, um den automatischen Modus wieder einzustellen. Siehe Kapitel 7.
b.Mögliche Ursache: Prüfen Sie, ob das optische Kabel [06] herausgezogen wurde. Siehe Kapitel 5.
