Note: There is a thin protective sheet of clear plastic on the overlay of the console and should be removed.

A.Monitor Display: Time, Pulse, Distance, Calories, Incline, Speed and Program Profiles.

B.Stop: Press to pause/end your workout. Hold for 3 seconds to reset the treadmill.

C.START/PAUSE: Simply press to begin exercising; press again to pause your workout.

D.ENTER: Used to select Program, Level, Time and Change Display.

E.QUICK PROGRAM KEYS: Used to quickly select desired program.

F.PROGRAM SETTING KEYS: Press to adjust Time, Incline, Speed and Level.

G.QUICK ADJUST Incline Keys: Used to reach desired incline more quickly.

H.QUICK ADJUST Speed Keys: Used to reach desired speed more quickly.

I.Incline ARROW Keys: Used to adjust incline in small increments (0.5% increments).

J.Speed ARROW Keys: Used to adjust speed in small increments (0.1 mph increments).

K.Safety Key Position: Enables treadmill when safety key is inserted.

L.BLOWER Fan: Personal workout blower fan.

M.BLOWER Fan Button: Press the fan button once for low speed, twice for medium speed, three times for high speed and four times to turn the fan off.

N.Water Bottle / CD / MP3 holders: Holds personal workout equipment.

O.Reading Rack: Holds reading material.

P.AUDIO SPEAKERS: Transmits sound from your CD / MP3 device.

Q.AUDIO IN: Plug your CD / MP3 player into the console using the included audio adaptor cable.

R.AUDIO OUT / HEADPHONE JACK: Plug your headphones into this jack to listen to your music through

the headphones. NOTE: When headphones are plugged into the headphone jack the sound will no longer come out through the speakers.
