Safety pull pin not inserted.

Insert safety pull pin.

 

 

 

 

Treadmill circuit breaker tripped.

Reset circuit breaker.

 

 

 

Elevation not accurate

Out of calibration.

Recalibrate unit.

 

 

 

Speed not accurate

Out of calibration.

Recalibrate unit.

 

 

 

 

Set in wrong units.

Change units.

 

 

 

Walking belt slips

Walking belt loose.

Adjust walking belt tension. (See page 26)

 

 

 

Walking belt not centered

Walking belt tension not centered

Transmitter not making good contact
