11.2 MEASUREMENT
With this watch you can measure your current heart rate expressed in beats per minute (bpm)
The heart rate can be measured during any functional mode, but cannot be measured when setting date,time and alarm.
In any functional mode
- Press the lower sensor with your index finger while placing your middle finger on the upper sensor.
- A beep confirms that measurement has started and the dis- play will flash.
- Hold that position for about 6 seconds until you hear a sec- ond beep. Your heart rate appears on the display.
- Remove the fingers from the sensor.
- The heart rate will remain on the display for 5 seconds before it return to the previous mode.
