11.3.3 De max. en min. limiet manueel instellen.

•Druk een keer op MODE om naar de hartslagalarmmodus te gaan

•Houd MODE ingedrukt tot de leeftijd op de display begint te knipperen.

•Druk tweemaal op MODE om het max. niveau te selecteren (H).

•Druk op ST./STP. om het niveau te verhogen of op RESET om het te verlagen.

•Druk op MODE om het min. niveau (L) te selecteren.

•Druk op ST./STP. om het niveau te verhogen of op RESET om het te verlagen.

•Houd MODE ingedrukt om de instelling te verlaten.

Wanneer u het max. en min. niveau manueel instelt, wordt het grafische balkje niet weergegeven tijdens de meting.

11.3.4 De hartslagalarmfunctie activeren/deactiveren

In de normale tijdsmodus

•Druk een keer op MODE om naar de hartslagalarmmodus te gaan

•Druk op ST./STP. om de hartslagalarmfunctie in (On) of uit (Off) te schakelen.
