11.3.3 Setting the upper and lower limit manually.

•Press MODE once to go to Heart Rate Alert mode

•Press and hold MODE until the age is blinking on the display.

•Press MODE twice to select the Higher level (H).

•Press ST./STP. to increase or RESET to decrease the level.

•Press MODE to switch to select the Lower level (L).

•Press ST./STP. to increase or RESET to decrease the level.

•Press and hold MODE to leave the setting.

When the Higher and Lower level is set manually, the graphical bar will not be displayed during measurement.

11.3.4 Activating/deactivating the heart rate alert function.

In Normal Time mode

•Press MODE once to go to Heart Rate Alert mode

•Press ST.STP. to enable (On) or disable (Of) the heart rate alert function.
