NOTE: the default value of LOW TARGET HEART RATE is based on 60% of (220 – your age).

b.However, if the default value of HIGH TARGET HEART RATE doesn’t match your need, it’s able to use UP or DOWN button to slightly adjust your desired LOW TARGET HEART RATE (50 ~ 160 BPM (BEATS PER

MINUTE; 1 BPM INCREMENT). NOTE: LOW TARGET HEART RATE
