When inquiring about parts, service, or warranty, always include the following information:
1.Serial number
2.Model number
3.Dealer name
4.Date of purchase
5.Details of trouble experienced
6.Length of time and conditions of operation
7.Indicate previous correspondence
LIMITED WARRANTY
Polaris Industries Inc., 2100 Highway 55, Medina, MN 55340, gives a ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY on all components of the Po- laris personal watercraft against defects in material or workmanship. This warranty covers the parts and labor charges for repair or replace- ment of defective parts which are covered by this warranty. This war- ranty begins on the date of purchase. This warranty is transferrable to another consumer during the warranty period through a Polaris dealer.
REGISTRATION
At the time of sale, the Warranty Registration Form must be completed by your dealer and submitted to Polaris within ten days. Upon receipt of this registration, Polaris will record the registration for warranty. No verification of registration will be sent to the purchaser as the copy of the Warranty Registration Form will be the warranty entitlement. If you have not signed the original registration and received the “customer copy”, please contact your dealer immediately. NO WARRANTY COVERAGE WILL BE ALLOWED UNLESS YOUR PERSONAL WATERCRAFT IS REGISTERED WITH POLARIS AND YOU HAVE CONFIRMED THAT YOU HAVE WATCHED THE SAFE- TY AND OPERATION VIDEO AND REVIEWED THE SUMMA- RY TRAINING POINTS.
