4.2.5.Multi-Stream Relay Outputs (Optional)

For instruments configured with the optional stream-selector, an additional set of output relays are provided on the rear panel and are labeled “Multi-Stream Outputs” (See Figure 4-6.)

Electrically these outputs are SPST dry contact relay closures with a common contact, labeled ‘C’ on the rear panel. They are capable of switching up to 50 VDC, 250mA maximum current. There are no polarity requirements, so the outputs can be used to sink or source current from the ‘C’ pin. One common terminal is provided for the six relays on each connector (See Figure 4-6.)

Each available stream has a set of 3 relays providing the following information:
