The following table contains troubleshooting tips for Unified Voice Messaging features. Contact your voice mail administrator for additional help.

I do not know my voice mail passcode.

Try using the extension number, which is the default passcode. If your

 

mailbox does not have an assigned passcode, pressing # will allow

 

you to access your mailbox. If these options do not work, contact your

 

voice mail administrator for assistance.

 

 

I cannot change the system greeting.

Only your voice mail administrator can change the system greeting.

 

 

I cannot use one or more of the voice

Your system may not support the feature, or your voice mail
