Log into your mailbox from another extension

Note: You can only login to your mailbox from one application at a time. For example, if you have logged in to your mailbox from the TUI, 5140/5240 VVM or 5230 VVM, an error message is displayed when you try to login to your mailbox from the Messages shutter.

To login to your mailbox from another extension:

1.Open the Messages shutter.

2.Press Connect as Guest.

3.Press the Mailbox account number field.

4.In the on-screen keyboard, enter your mailbox account number

5.Press the Please enter your passcode field

6.In the on-screen keyboard, enter your passcode.

7.Press Login.

Note: If you wish to return to the owner login window, press Back to Owner at any time.

Log out of your mailbox

To logout of your mailbox:

zPress Logout. This closes the Messages shutter.

Note: After five minutes of inactivity, you are automatically logged out of your mailbox and the Messages shutter closes. When you close the Messages shutter, you are not automatically logged out of your mailbox.
