MESSAGE DETAILS

Selecting a message from the Messages shutter displays the Message Details shutter with call information as shown in the following screens.

Screen one is displayed if the Forward to Email feature is available on the 3300 ICP. Screen two is displayed if the Forward to Email feature is not available on the 3300 ICP.

The Messages Details shutter provides the following elements:

zDial: Use to dial the caller.

zSave: Saves the message.

zDelete: Deletes the message.

zTo Email: Use to send the voice mail to your email.

zCopy to Contacts: Use to add the message sender as a contact in the People shutter.

zCopy: Copies the caller information.
