Advanced Call Handling

Advanced call-handling tasks involve special features that your system administrator might configure for the Cisco Unified IP Conference Station 7937G depending on your call-handling needs and work environment.

Speed Dialing

Speed Dialing allows you to enter an index number or select a conference station screen item to place a call. Depending on configuration, the conference station can support several Speed Dialing features:

Speed Dials

Abbreviated Dials

Fast Dials

Note

To set up Speed Dials and Abbreviated Dials, access your User Options web pages. See

To set up Fast Dials, access the Personal Directory feature. See Using Personal Directory

Alternately, your system administrator can configure Speed Dialing features for you.

Create a Personal Address Book entry and assign a Fast Dials code. See Using

2.To place a call, access the Fast Dial service on the conference station. See Using Personal Directory on Your Conference Station, page 33.
