Tips

You can create up to 500 fast dial and PAB entries.

When you create a new fast dial entry without using a PAB entry, the fast dial entry is labeled “Raw” in your User Options web pages. The entry does not display a configurable text label and does not have a matching entry in your PAB.

Using the Address Book Synchronization Tool

You can use the Cisco Unified Communications Manager Address Book Synchronizer to synchronize your existing Microsoft Windows Address Book (if applicable) with your PAB. Entries from your Microsoft Windows Address Book will then be accessible on your conference station and your User Options web pages. Your system administrator can give you access to the synchronizer and provide detailed installation instructions.
