The multikey function

The multikey function

A multikey-programmed set has one single directory number, but has customized keys allowing it to handle several calls in parallel. This means you can answer incoming calls as and when the calls arrive, and can view calls that have been placed on hold.

Note: you must program one customized key for each call you want to be able to accommodate simultaneously. For example, to deal with three calls at the same time, program the multikey function on three keys.
