USING CALLING FEATURES

Saving Speed Dial Numbers

You can save up to three frequently called numbers in CapTel memory for easy speed dialing.

1.With the handset hung up, press the MENU button repeatedly until

Program Speed Dial Numbers is displayed.

2.Press the button next to Yes.

3.Press the button next to the location that you want to save the phone number in (1, 2, or 3).

4.Enter the telephone number you wish to save by pressing the telephone keypad. Include 1

plus the area code if the number is long distance. You can erase numbers shown on the display by pressing the button next to the back arrow ().

5.Press the button next to OK. **Saved** is displayed.

6.Repeat steps 3–5 to enter up to three memory dial numbers.

7.Press the MENU button to go to the next menu option, or press the button next to Exit to leave the menu.

Speed Dialing from Memory

The Speed Dial feature lets you quickly dial up to three frequently called phone numbers.

To speed dial a number in memory, lift the handset, then:

1.Press the button next to the

Memory Dial/Redial arrow. A list of saved numbers and the last number you dialed is displayed.

2.Press the button next to the number you wish to dial. CapTel dials the number for you automatically.
