Using the Basic Features of Your Polycom® CX400 Cordless Phone
To use the handset as a Microsoft PowerPoint slide show controller:
1.Open a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation on your computer.
The Polycom CX400 cordless phone cradle must be attached to this computer.
2.In Microsoft PowerPoint, put the presentation in Slide Show mode.
3.On the handset, move the PowerPoint/Microsoft Office Communicator Switch to the PowerPoint position.
The handset display will change to slide show controller mode.
4.Use the Volume key on the side of the handset to move to the next slide (down)/previous slide (up) in the slide show.

5.When finished, return the PowerPoint/Microsoft Office Communicator Switch to the Microsoft Office Communicator position to resume using the handset as a phone.
Restarting Your Phone
On rare occasions, your phone may experience a problem that will require it to be restarted. Contact your system administrator before doing so.
