Meaning

Out of area

The caller dialed from an area which does not provide

Caller ID service.

Private caller

The caller requested not to send his/her information.

Depending on the radio communications with the base unit, the handset may not display Caller ID information immediately after the ring.

If your unit is connected to a PBX which does not support Caller ID, you cannot access Caller ID service.

If the name and the time/date display service is available in your area, the display will show callers’ names and the time/date the calls were received. For further information, please contact your telephone company.

You need to adjust the date and time to show the time and date the calls were received in the Caller List (p. 14).
