Echo Software

Device Window

Viewing All Devices

The Device window displays the following information for all the discovered SHOWPIX and StudioPix fixtures on the DMX link.

Unique ID is the fixture’s unique 10-character number.

Device Name is a name you assign to a fixture up to 26 characters.

Protocol indicates the discovery protocol (LWR or RDM).

Manufacturer lists High End Systems for each SHOWPIX or StudioPix. If other RDM devices are discovered by Echo, their manufacturer will be listed.

Model identifies the product.

Version lists the current fixture software version in the form of Status.Major.Minor.Build.

DMX Address shows the fixture’s currently assigned Start Channel on the DMX link.

Viewing Single Device

Selecting an individual SHOWPIX or StudioPix fixture displays its configuration values.

Percent of fixture memory used

DMX Parameter Parameter Value

You can also view percent of available fixture memory currently allocated to User Content on that fixture. As the available memory used approaches 100%, the color changes to red.

NOTE: You can access certain configuration values through the onboard Menu System.
