CONEXIONES DE ALIMENTACIÓN

Se debe utilizar un circuito eléctrico por separado para sus máquinas. Este circuito no debe ser inferior a un cable calibre 12 y debe estar protegido con un fusible con retardo de tiempo de 20 amperes. Si se utiliza un alargador eléctrico, use únicamente alargadores eléctricos trifilares con enchufes del tipo que tienen 3 clavijas con conexión a tierra y un tomacorriente equivalente que acepte el enchufe de la máquina. Antes de conectar la máquina a la línea de alimentación, cerciórese de que el interruptor esté en la posición “OFF” (APAGADO) y verifique que la corriente eléctrica sea de las mismas características que se indican en la máquina. Todas las conexiones a la línea deben hacer buen contacto. Hacerla funcionar en baja tensión dañará la máquina.

NO EXPONGA LA MÁQUINA A LA LLUVIA NI LA OPERE EN LUGARES HÚMEDOS.

Su máquina está cableada para 120/240 voltios de corriente alterna a 60 Hz. Antes de conectar la máquina a una fuente de alimentación, asegúrese de que el interruptor esté en la posición “OFF” (apagado).

INSTRUCCIONES DE CONEXIÓN A TIERRA

ESTA MÁQUINA DEBE ESTAR CONECTADA A TIERRA MIENTRAS ESTÉ EN USO PARA PROTEGER AL OPERADOR DE UNA DESCARGA ELÉCTRICA.

1. Todas las máquinas conectadas con cables y con conexión a tierra:

En caso de mal funcionamiento o avería, la conexión a tierra proporciona un pasaje de menor resistencia para la corriente eléctrica para reducir el riesgo de descarga eléctrica. Esta máquina está equipada con un cable eléctrico, que tiene un conductor que conecta el equipo a tierra y un enchufe de conexión a tierra. El enchufe debe estar enchufado en un tomacorriente equivalente, que esté instalado y conectado a tierra correctamente, según todos los códigos y ordenanzas locales.

No modifique el enchufe suministrado; si no calza en el tomacorriente, haga instalar el tomacorriente adecuado por un electricista certificado.

Conectar incorrectamente el conductor que conecta el equipo a tierra puede provocar riesgo de shock eléctrico. El conductor con aislamiento que tiene una superficie exterior verde con o sin rayas amarillas es el conductor que conecta el equipo a tierra. Si es necesario reparar o reemplazar el cable eléctrico o el enchufe, no conecte el conductor que conecta el equipo a tierra a una terminal activa.

Consulte con un electricista certificado o con el personal de servicio de mantenimiento si no comprende completamente las instrucciones de conexión a tierra o si tiene dudas sobre si la máquina está conectada a tierra adecuadamente.

Utilice únicamente alargadores eléctricos trifilares con enchufes del tipo que tienen tres clavijas y un tomacorriente equivalente de 3 conductores que acepten el enchufe de la máquina, como se muestra en la figura A.

Repare o reemplace inmediatamente el cable que esté dañado o deteriorado.

EN TODOS LOS CASOS, ASEGÚRESE DE QUE EL TOMACORRIENTE EN CUESTIÓN ESTÉ CONECTADO A TIERRA CORRECTAMENTE. SI NO ESTÁ SEGURO, HAGA QUE UN ELECTRICISTA certificado VERIFIQUE EL TOMACORRIENTE.
