Retire todo el material y los recubrimientos protectores de todas las partes y de la herramienta. Los recubrimientos protectores pueden quitarse rociando WD-40 sobre ellos y retirándolos con un paño suave. Es posible que deba hacer esto varias veces para quitar por completo todos los recubrimientos protectores.

Si falta cualquiera de las partes, no intente conectar el cable de corriente y encender la máquina. La máquina debe encenderse únicamente después de tener e instalar correctamente todas las partes.

ENSAMBLE

Instalación del protector de chispas y el protector de rectificado

Consulte la Figura 1.

1.	Coloque dos tornillos hexagonales M5 x 10 mm
	con una arandela de seguridad M5 y una arandela
	plana. Use los tornillos hexagonales y las arandelas
	ensambladas para sujetar el protector de chispas
	(A) a la guarda de la muela. El protector de chispas
	debe colocarse aproximadamente a 1/8" de
	distancia de la muela.
2.	Repita el paso anterior con el segundo protector de
	chispas.
3.	Use un perno de soporte M5 x 12 mm e insértelo
	en el orificio más alejado del protector de chispas
	para sujetar el protector de rectificado (B) Sujételo
	usando una arandela plana M5 y una perilla de	Figura 1

4.	Repita el paso anterior con el segundo protector de
	rectificado.

Instalación del soporte

Consulte la Figura 2.

1.Monte la base del soporte (A) en la cara interna de la guarda de la muela utilizando dos tornillos hexagonales M x 10 mm con arandelas planas M8. Apriete manualmente. NOTA: El reborde dentado de la base del soporte debe estar orientado hacia el

centro de la herramienta.

2.Sujete el soporte (B) al soporte usando un tornillo de mariposa M5 x 18 mm.

3. Ajuste la posición de la base del soporte a fin de que el soporte quede aproximadamente a 1/8" de distancia de la muela (C).

4.Apriete los dos tornillos hexagonales M8 x 10 mm en la base del soporte usando la llave de herramientas incluida.

5.Repita los pasos anteriores con el segundo soporte.
