ASSEMBLING

(3)Assemble Helical gear 14 to Bearing box as illustrated in Fig. 28.

(4)After mounting Grease holder, set Spiral bevel gear 32 to the shaft of Helical gear 14 as illustrated in Fig. 29.

Pressfit Ball bearing 608DDW to Bearing box. Tighten provisionally Bearing retainer 14-23.

Spindle

Assemble Helical gear 14 with 1R045 and R346.

Tighten Grease holder with 4x12 Tapping screws.

While fixing Woodruff key 4 by finger, align the notch of Spiral bevel gear to the Woodruff key and push down the Gear.

Spiral bevel gear 32 can be assembled to the shaft of Helical gear 14.
