1.Sign-in to the UPS portal at: http://www.hp.com/go/payperuse (See Utility Pricing Solutions Web Portal for details.)

2.In the UPS portal Welcome page, click the Meter connectivity verification link on the left-hand side.

3.In the Meter connectivity verification page, enter the System Serial # and the ID Number, and then click the Next button.
