A HP supplies and accessories

You can order HP supplies and accessories from the HP website. Visit HPshopping.com (http://www.hpshopping.com) for more information. You can also order printing supplies using the Toolbox.

Ordering printing supplies through the Toolbox

The three requirements to use this features are listed here.

zThe Toolbox must be installed on your computer (supported for Windows only).

zThe printer must be connected to your computer using either a USB cable or a parallel cable, or it must be connected to the network.

zYou must have access to the Internet.

To order printing supplies through the Toolbox

1In the status area of the Windows taskbar (near the clock), double-click the Toolbox icon.

2On the Printer Status tab, click Order Supplies. Your default browser opens and displays a website from which you can purchase printing supplies.

3Follow the instructions on the website to select and order printing supplies.

Finding accessory part numbers

You can order the following accessories for HP Business Inkjet 1100 series printers.

Paper handling accessories

250-sheet input tray (Tray 2; included with the HP Business Inkjet 1100dtn. C8236A You can only install one Tray 2 at a time.)
