Compaq products are designed and tested to meet IEC 950, the Standard for the Safety of InformationTechnology Equipment.This is the International Electrotechnical Commission's safety standard covering the type of equipment that Compaq manufac- tures.Testing may include evaluation accord- ing to other criteria such as many of the international,national,and regional standards based on deviations to IEC 950.
Safety Standards
