Autoloader Error Codes

If an error occurs during operation of the autoloader, the autoloader stops the current operation and displays an error code on the top line of the LCD screen. Unless otherwise noted in Table 5, attempt to resolve the error by cycling power on the autoloader and retrying the last operation. If the error persists, contact support personnel.

Note

When the error appears on the LCD screen, it will show as error

“81”, for example. When you view the error from within the

error log, it will show as “3 0 81”.

To view the error log follow these steps:

2.Press the [Enter] button to access the available options.

3.Press the [+] or [-] button until View Error Log appears on the LCD screen.

4.Press the [Enter] button to access the most recently logged error message.

5.Press the [+] or [-] button to display each error in the log.
