HP service options upgrade the warranty on your tape autoloader. A wide range of warranty options are available to meet your business uptime needs.

SupportPacks

SupportPacks are available within 180 days of your purchase. If you choose to purchase one, your warranty will be upgraded. Once your warranty has expired, post-warranty SupportPacks are also available. Table 10 lists HP SupportPack service options.
