General IntelliFlo 4 Troubleshooting Problems

Use the following general troubleshooting information to resolve possible problems with your IntelliFlo 4 pump.

Note: Switch the main power off to the pump before attempting service or repair.

1. Remove diffuser and o-ring.

 

 

2. Remove left hand thread anti-

 

 

spin bolt and o-ring.

 

 

3. Remove, clean and reinstall

 

 

impeller.

 

 

4. Reinstall anti-spin bolt and

 

 

o-ring.

 

 

Reinstall diffuser, and o-ring.

 

 

Reinstall motor and seal plate

 

 

into volute.

 

 

Reinstall (6) bolts around seal

 

 

plate and volute and tighten

 

 

securely.

Pump strainer clogged.

Clean suction trap.
