5 Using the Jabra BT800 with the Jabra A210 Bluetooth adaptor |
6Choosing wearing preference
English | In order to allow the Jabra BT800 to be used with non Bluetooth phones, we have |
produced the Jabra A210 adaptor that enables a cordless connection between the | |
to using the headset’s basic features. These features are answer/end call, using the voice- |
headset and a non Bluetooth mobile phone.
If you use your headset together with a Jabra A210 Bluetooth adaptor, you will be limited
dial function (if supported by the phone) and the mute. Caller ID, call list and putting call on hold are not supported through the headset jack in the mobile phone.
To Pair the Jabra BT800 with the Jabra A210
The pairing process is a little different:
•First set your Jabra BT800 in pairing mode and then the Jabra A210 adaptor
•Place them close together. You do not have to enter a dedicated pin code for pairing the two Jabra products, as you do with a mobile phone
Consult the Jabra A210 user manual for further information.
The Jabra BT800 is ready to wear on the right ear. If you prefer the left, gently rotate the earhook 180°. See Fig 8.
For optimal performance, wear the Jabra BT800 and your mobile phone on the same side of your body or within line of sight. In general, you will get better performance when there are
no obstructions between the headset and the mobile phone.
