Improper installation, adjustment, alteration, service or maintenance can cause injury or property damage. Refer to this manual for correct installation and operational pro- cedures. For assistance or additional information consult a qualified installer, service agency, or the gas supplier.

Do not operate appliance with the glass front removed, cracked or broken. Replace- ment of the glass should be done by a licensed or qualified service person.

WARNING!

Operation of this appliance when not connected to a properly installed and maintained venting system or tempering with the blocked vent shutoff system can result in carbon monoxide (CO) poisoning and possible death.

Caution and Warning label located on chain behind access door to right of control panel.

CAUTION: HOT WHILE IN OPERATION. DO NOT TOUCH. KEEP CHILDREN, CLOTHING, FURNITURE, GASOLINE AND OTHER LIQUIDS HAVING FLAM- MABLE VAPORS AWAY.

CAUTION: DO NOT OPERATE THE APPLIANCE WITH GLASS REMOVED, CRACKED OR BROKEN. REPLACEMENT OF THE GLASS SHOULD BE DONE BY A LICENSED OR QUALIFIED SERVICE PERSON.

FOR USE WITH NATURAL GAS AND PROPANE (LP).

A CONVERSION KIT, AS SUPPLIED BY THE MANUFACTURER, SHALL BE USED TO CONVERT THIS ROOM HEATER TO THE ALTERNATE FUEL.

Due to high temperatures, the appliance should be located out of traffic and away from furniture and draperies. Children and adults should be alerted to the haz- ards of high surface temperature and should stay away to avoid burns or cloth- ing ignition. Young children should be carefully supervised when they are in the same room as the appliance. Clothing or other flammabale material should not be placed on or near the appliance. The appliance area must be kept clear and free from combustible materials, gasoline and other flammable vapors and liq- uids.
