1.Commutateur d’arrêt

Retirer le commutateur (A) de la position STOP.

2.Manette des gaz

Pousser la manette des gaz (B) en avant, en position de ralenti.

3.Volet de départ

Mettre le starter (C) en position « Cold Start » (	) (démarrage à
froid).

4.Poire d’amorçage

Pomper la poire d’amorçage (D) jusqu’à ce que le carburant soit visible dans la conduite de retour transparente. Pomper 4 ou 5 fois de plus.

IMPORTANT

Cordon lanceur : ne tirer que 45 ~ 60 cm (18 ~ 24 in.) de la lon- gueur du cordon pour lancer le moteur. Ne pas laisser la poignée du cordon lanceur se rabattre. Toujours tenir l’outil fermement

5.Cordon lanceur

Poser l’outil sur une surface plane et dégagée. Saisir fermement la poignée d’accélérateur de la main gauche et tirer vigoureusement le cordon lanceur (E) jusqu’à ce que le moteur démarre (ou un maximum de 5 ou 6 fois).

6.Starter

Si le moteur n’a pas démarré (5 ou 6 foisr), mettre le levier de starter en position « run » (marche) ( ) et tirer sur le cordon lanceur jusqu’à ce que le moteur démarre et reste en marche. Laissez le moteur se réchauffer au ralenti pendant plusieurs minutes.

REMARQUE

Si le moteur ne démarre pas avec le starter en position « RUN » après avoir tiré 5 fois sur le cordon lanceur, reprendre les instruc- tions au début.

7.Une fois le moteur réchauffé, appuyer progressivement sur la gâchette des gaz pour augmenter le régime jusqu’à la vitesse de fonctionnement.
